Your painting in a room, for Artfinder buyers

The photos an Artfinder listing needs
Artfinder’s seller tips name these. Your own photos come first.
The main image: the work alone
Your own photo of the full work with no frame or wall behind it. Artfinder needs this to publish the listing, at 1200 px or more.
The framed work
If you sell it framed, a photo with the frame and no wall around it.
Close-ups and the studio
Detail and texture, and the work being made, which Artfinder suggests for secondary images.
The work in context
On a wall or in a room. Photograph it at home, and see it here in rooms you couldn’t photograph it in.

Use the same photo as your listing’s main image. No account needed.
- STEP 02

Why it works
Built for the art trade, not templates
Rooms like buyers’ homes
Bookshelves, colour and furniture with character: eight eclectic homes rather than an empty white room.
The size buyers ask about
Each room shows the work at the size you list, the question buyers of originals ask first.
Your work, untouched
Only the room changes. The painting is placed exactly as you uploaded it.
Free, no watermark
Try it with no account and download clean JPGs.
Questions
Frequently asked
- Is it free?
- Yes. Upload your work and see it in every room on this page with no account; without one you can add two works. A free account opens the full library of 700+ rooms and includes 5 downloads. Paid plans are for higher volume, and nothing on this page needs one.
- Can I add these to my Artfinder listing?
- Artfinder’s seller tips ask for photos of the work in context, on a wall or in a room, alongside a main image with no wall behind it. They don’t say whether an image made digitally counts, so add these beside a photo you took yourself, or ask Artfinder’s seller team.
- Where else can I use them?
- Anywhere you promote the work: your own website, newsletters, Instagram and messages to buyers.
- Are they big enough for Artfinder?
- Yes. Downloads are 1600 px JPGs, above the 1200 pixels Artfinder asks for.
- Will my work look the right size?
- Yes. You enter its width and height once, and it hangs at that size in every room, at a realistic height. A small study and a large canvas look as different as they do in life.
- Are the downloads watermarked?
- No. Downloads are clean JPGs with no watermark, on every plan.
